US & EU BD Lead
We are looking for a US & EU BD Lead to drive strategic customer acquisition and lead mid-to-long term revenue growth. This person will be responsible for creating high-level business development strategies, developing and managing new sales channels, forecasting sales, and cultivating relationships with local partners across key regions of North America and Europe. They will also be responsible for coordinating with the Engineering team for customer support requirements and FAE.

Responsibilities:
- Create and execute top-level international BD strategy
- Grow and maintain strategic customer relationships
- Grow and maintain relationships with localized sales channels (distributors) in multiple key regions
- Negotiate key terms in commercial agreements
- Work with legal counsel to navigate complex contractual agreements
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
- Implement and own internal sales playbook
- Coordinate engineering support requirements with the FAE team
Key Qualifications/Requirements:
- Strong track record of selling NEW technology to T1 CE customers
- 4+ years in managing business development within the consumer electronics sector in a leadership role
- 4+ years experience managing OEM customers and channel partners in the hardware components space
- 2+ years experience creating cross-channel supply strategies for involving OEM/ODMs, System Integrators, Distributors, VARs
Nice to Haves:
- Experience in haptics or parallel industry (embedded component or solution sales in high-volume CE)
- Interest in consumer electronics technology, gaming, AR/VR, tech trends
Literacy in other languages
